HERITAGE MEMBERSHIPS AND PASSES
Reduce your costs
Visiting Heritage sites can, as with any other types of visit prove to be expensive as there are travel costs to be incurred as well as possible entry fees, guide books, food and drink and even possibly accommodation. With some forethought, it is possible to maximise benefits while minimising costs. The sites to be featured on this website are of historical importance but with the exception of Stratford-upon-Avon, they are not visitor “hotspots” and so they tend to therefore be easier to access, and guides have more time to answer questions and costs are more reasonable. REDUCING COSTS
In the United Kingdom membership schemes and “passports” can considerably reduce costs if more than one visit is planned. Also special offers are often available. Below is a list of offers and concessions available, if you are aware of others why not let us know and we will open a new section and give credit on site. Schemes are subject to change and where you like an offer we suggest that you check direct with the organisation concerned to avoid disappointment, information given here was correct according to information given publicity at the date that this page was last updated (see bottom of page).
